About PEPArS

Fostering Development Through Partnership and Collaboration

Progressive Engineers Planners Architects Society (PEPArS) is a collective of professionals committed to promoting sustainable, knowledge-driven development in Bangladesh and beyond. Formed on April 19, 2025, PEPArS unites architects, engineers, urban planners, technicians, and other technical professionals under a shared vision: to build a just, resilient, and environmentally responsible society.

We are a multidisciplinary platform of engineers, architects, and planners who believe that development must serve both people and the planet. Born from a growing concern over fragmented planning, environmental degradation, and the exclusion of professional voices in policy-making, PEPArS was established as a non-partisan, volunteer-driven organization.
